The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) is currently consulting on the requirements for the submission of financial reports and audited annual financial statements by Crypto-Asset Service Providers. This consultation is aligned with the regulations set out under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).

CySEC’s review aims to clarify the reporting obligations for these providers, ensuring consistent and transparent financial disclosures in line with MiCAR standards.
