We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, that covers the paid price of the product, if the following criteria are met: You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not watched more than the first module of any course or not attended the 3 day course. As this is a digital video library with some downloadable content, refunds are not available once more than the first module or 3 day course has been accessed.

Upon receiving a return or a valid refund request, refunds will be processed within 30 days and issued to the original payment method. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any requests submitted after this period will not be processed.

Please note, excessive returns are not accepted. Please also note the money-back guarantee only applies to purchases made in full, not instalment plans. Refunds are limited to one per customer per product, even though customers may purchase the same product multiple times. Once a refund has been issued for a product, the money-back guarantee cannot be used again for that same product.
